Solar plexus, it is represented by the color yellow and fire and it reigns over the area between our navel and our breast bone, it is the source of our personal power our willpower.

So, if you feel like you don’t have control over your life or you’re constantly giving your control and your power away to other people there’s something off there’s an imbalance in your solar plexus.

The solar plexus is often blocked by feelings of shame, what are you ashamed of what disappoint what are you disappointed about yourself or your life. Identify all those things and then let them go like before let go of your disappointments and your letdowns identify where you feel wrong what you feel wrong about in your life what do you play over and over again in your mind? what do you torture yourself over? You must accept and love all aspects of yourself even your mistakes. Because, all of these things made you who you are today.

Being out in nature like lush green, being around children, and animals.

Be fearless when speaking the truth, welcome and accept what is happening around you, especially when things do not go in your favor. Be a good listener, get to know others and respond with ease and calmness. Go near the beach where water is flowing with ease.

To, balance your crown chakra, sit in stillness and silence which you can do through meditation or just simply sitting down and being stone. Or perform prayers. Give charity, volunteer for good cause.
